1. Who this applies to

These terms apply to anyone using this website, and to anyone engaging Solvendix (operated by Lawrence Amlan Gomes) for web or mobile development work. Using this site or booking a call means you accept these terms.

2. What Solvendix provides

Solvendix builds custom web and mobile presences with an integrated AI system (chatbot, scheduler, lead capture) as one bundled system, sold directly by the founder — not through a menu of separate services. Scope, timeline, and pricing for any actual engagement are agreed individually with each client before work begins, and are not fixed by this website.

3. Booking a call

Booking a discovery call through this site (via Cal.com) is a scheduling request, not a contract for services. No payment is collected at booking. Any actual work only begins once you and Lawrence separately agree on scope and terms.

4. Testimonials

If you submit a testimonial through this site, you confirm it's your own honest feedback and that you have the right to share any photo or video you upload. You grant Solvendix permission to display it publicly on this site. Submitted testimonials may be edited or removed by Solvendix at any time; visitor-submitted edits are only possible while a testimonial isn't locked.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Solvendix. Work delivered under a separate client engagement is governed by whatever ownership terms are agreed in that engagement, not by this page.

6. No warranty, limited liability

This website and its content are provided as-is. Solvendix isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. This doesn't limit liability that can't legally be excluded.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the business evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
